Welcome
Grace Walker Equestrian was founded in 2015 in New York. Originally from Southern California, Grace did not come from an equestrian family but began her riding journey through the local Pony Club and on the sandy trails along the Santa Margarita River. She later earned her United States Pony Clubs A Certification on the East Coast and now serves as a USPC National Examiner.
During college, Grace trained and worked under a Grand Prix dressage trainer in the Rochester, New York area while completing dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Integrated Marketing) and Equestrian Performance from Houghton University.
After returning to Southern California, Grace purchased a young imported Oldenburg in 2018 and began working for one of the region's top dressage trainers. Over the following years, she served as an assistant trainer for several leading FEI Grand Prix professionals and managed a premier FEI dressage facility for 2 years. During this time, she continued building her private training business and later spent two years working as an assistant trainer to a top FEI event rider, gaining valuable experience training and competing across multiple disciplines.
In 2022, Grace returned her primary focus to FEI dressage competition while continuing to coach both competitive dressage and eventing riders. Through GWalker Equestrian, she provides personalized training programs for riders of all levels while actively competing at the FEI levels on both her own horses and client horses.
In addition to her equestrian career, Grace is currently pursuing her MBA in Global Leadership at Point Loma Nazarene University. Her background in business, leadership, and coaching allows her to bring a well-rounded approach to rider development, goal setting, and long-term success both in and out of the competition arena.
Grace is currently accepting a limited number of training clients, riders, and horses based on mutual fit, goals, and availability.

Job 39:19-24- “Do you give the horse his might? Do you clothe his neck with a mane? Do you make him leap like the locust? His majestic snorting is terrifying. He paws in the valley and exults in his strength; he goes out to meet the weapons. He laughs at fear and is not dismayed; he does not turn back from the sword. Upon him rattle the quiver, the flashing spear, and the javelin. With fierceness and rage he swallows the ground; he cannot stand still at the sound of the trumpet."
